the rooftop bar offered a nice view.
The elevators were insufficient, i waited a long time to get to my floor. there were no basic amenities in the room, like cups for water. also, the room felt too minimalistic for my taste. It lacked even a kettle.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The rooftop bar is a whole vibe. I found food and drinks to be great. Staff at check-in are very friendly. I had a spacious room on the 7th floor. This room included a view of the bridge.
The room was very noisy at night. I heard people partying until midnight from the window. I also noticed a constant buzzing from a pump. This was very disruptive.

The hotel is very close to the city center. Various restaurants and historic sites are within walking distance of the hotel. I had a clear view of the Marques Pombal statue from the room.

I find somethings not very good. The room felt small. There was no kettle. I wanted a morning tea. The shower leaked water all over the floor. The staff were not so helpful when I mentioned it. I expect better service.
